Joan Miquel Llompart is proud to have been the company responsible for the construction of two projects that have won the Amorós Award, given by Ciutadella Town Council to the best comprehensive restoration of historic buildings.
The S’Amarador Restaurant was the winner of the 2012 Amorós Award. This award recognised the excellent renovation work that transformed an iconic building located in the port of Ciutadella into a fashionable venue and gastronomic landmark. The comprehensive renovation of S’Amarador was celebrated for its contribution to the aesthetic and heritage improvement of the seafront, standing out in the category of historic building renovation.
The Hotel Can Sastre was the winner of the Amorós Award in 2019. This award recognised the excellent comprehensive renovation work that transformed a historic building in the old town into a charming boutique hotel.
